All communication with our ministry is kept confidential unless we receive specific permission to publish or distribute that information. All electronic and paper records of communication will be secured by Cross Ministry to ensure that only staff of Cross Ministry have access to that information.

Cross Ministry reserves the right to grant access or share information with companies that are providing a service to our ministry, or to governmental organizations, as required by law. This access will be granted only to the extent as it required for those companies to complete their function for the ministry or to fulfill regulations. These companies and organizations have also agreed not to release this information beyond the extent required for the completion of their service to the ministry.

All purchased items will be mailed via United States Postal Service (USPS) Media Mail, within 5 business days of purchase, unless the purchaser is notified of a delay. USPS Media Mail can take as long as 2 weeks for delivery.

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. No item may be returned after 30 days. No exchanges.

All purchased items are subject to the refund policy cited under shipping & returns policy bove. All donation transactions are non-refundable once completed.
